Shipping Policy
At Immortelle Skin, each order is prepared with intention in our small-batch botanical studio. Our formulas are crafted in fresh, limited batches and packaged with care to help preserve their potency, freshness, and presentation from our hands to yours.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of higher order volume, a little extra time may be needed as each parcel is prepared with care.
We ship Monday through Thursday to help ensure packages are not sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next shipping window to better protect product freshness and presentation.
At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S territories, or internationally.
Pre-order pickup may be available for select local events and will be listed at checkout when offered.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We prioritize prompt shipping options to help minimize transit time and protect the integrity of our products while they travel to you.
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated by region and shown at checkout. Orders over $125 receive complimentary shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an address error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible at hello@immortelle-skin.com. We will do our best to assist before your order ships, but once a package has been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to make changes.
Immortelle Skin is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@immortelle-skin.com with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the issue.
For damaged packages, please include photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged product so we can better assist you.
