What skin types are Immortelle Skin products for?

Immortelle Skin is not built around fixed skin types. Instead, our formulas are designed to support changing skin states—such as dryness, sensitivity, imbalance, or dullness.

The focus is not on labeling your skin, but on giving it the nourishment and support it needs to return to balance and thrive.

Where do I start?

Are your products organic?

We prioritize high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients — including organic, wildcrafted, and biodynamically grown botanicals whenever possible. While Immortelle Skin is not certified organic, our focus is on ingredient integrity, sourcing transparency, and working with plants in their most potent and effective forms.

Do you use synthetic ingredients?

Every ingredient we use is from nature — ranging from whole plants to plant-based extracts and naturally derived functional ingredients. We intentionally avoid synthetic ingredients, focusing instead on botanical integrity and performance.

Are more products coming?

Yes. Immortelle Skin is designed as a complete system of eight botanical formulas, each created to support the skin in different ways while working in synergy as a whole. The launch collection introduces the first four, with more to come.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Some water-based formulas may benefit from refrigeration, which enhances their sensory experience. Because our approach prioritizes fresh, small-batch production, products are best used within 3–9 months of opening. Each product lists a formula-specific best by date, as well as a use-within-opening timeframe.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our formulas include soothing, barrier-supportive botanicals. However, all skin is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test prior to use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

Where are your products made?

Immortelle Skin is an artisan botanical skincare company creating micro-batches in the sunshine state. Made by a manufacturer exempt from Florida's cosmetic manufacturing permit requirements.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What is your return policy?

Because Immortelle Skin formulas are crafted in fresh, small batches, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
